John Gray was born in Houston, Texas, USA. He is an American relationship counselor, lecturer and author. He studied at the University of St. Thomas, the University of Texas, Maharishi University of Management, the University of Oxford, Exeter College, Oxford, and Columbia Pacific University. In 1969, he began a nine-year association with Maharishi Mahesh Yogi before beginning his career as an author and personal relationship counselor. He writes a USA-syndicated column with 30 million readers that appears in The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, New York Daily News, New York Newsday, The Denver Post, and the San Antonio Express-News. He has written several books include: What You Feel, You Can Heal, Men Are from Mars, Women Are from Venus, Mars and Venus in the Bedroom, Mars and Venus on a Date, Mars and Venus Starting Over, Children Are from Heaven, Mars and Venus Together Forever, and Why Mars and Venus Collide.
