Graham Arthur Chapman was born in Leicester, England. He was an English comedian, screenwriter, actor, doctor, and one of the six members of the surreal comedy group Monty Python. He graduated from Emmanuel College, Cambridge and St Bartholomew's Medical College, he turned down a career as a doctor to be a comedian. He established a writing partnership with John Cleese, which reached its critical peak with Monty Python during the 1970s. His role in several films include: Doctor in Trouble, Monty Python and the Holy Grail, The Odd Job, Life of Brian, Yellowbeard, The Meaning of Life, Still Crazy like a Fox(TV film), and Jake's Journey(TV film).
