Herman Cain was born in Memphis, Tennessee, USA. He is an American businessman, author, radio host and politician. He graduated with a BS in Mathematics from Morehouse College in 1967. He graduated with a MS in Computer Science from Purdue University in 1971. In 1977, he joined Pillsbury Company in Minneapolis where he later became vice president. He served as chairman and CEO of Godfather's Pizza from 1986 to 1996. He served as president and CEO of the National Restaurant Association from 1996 to 1999. From 2008, until February 2011, he hosted The Herman Cain Show on Atlanta talk radio station WSB. He was a senior economic adviser to the Bob Dole presidential campaign in 1996. He briefly ran for the Republican presidential nomination in 2000. In 2004, he ran for the U.S. Senate in Georgia and did not win in the primaries. He was a candidate for the 2012 U.S. Republican Party presidential nomination.
