Geraldine Leigh Chaplin was born in Santa Monica, California, USA. She is a British-American actress and the daughter of Charlie Chaplin and Oona O'Neill. For her role as an old lesbian in the Dominican Republic film Sand Dollars, she received the Best Actress Award at the Havana Film Festival.
