Eric Adam Avery was born in Los Angeles, California, USA. He is an American guitarist and lyricist. He is best known as the former bass guitarist and co-founding member of alternative metal band Jane's Addiction. He has also been a touring bassist for Garbage. In 2008, he released a solo album, entitled Help Wanted. His albums list shown below: Jane's Addiction, Nothing's Shocking, Kettle Whistle, Strays, and Ritual de lo habitual.
