Elizabeth Stone Quotes

Elizabeth Stone is an American author, journalist, and professor. She earned a B.A. degree from University of California, an M.A. from New York University, and a Ph.D. from New York University. She is the author of Black Sheep and Kissing Cousins: How Our Family Stories Shape Us; and A Boy I Once Knew: What a Teacher Learned from her Student. She has taught memoir-writing at the University of Iowa’s “Summer Writing Festival” and will be teaching at the University of Ljubljana in Slovenia in Spring 2011 on a Fulbright Fellowship. She is also jointly appointed to the Department of Communication and Media Studies and is faculty advisor to Lincoln Center's award-winning newspaper, The Observer.
