Bill Lipinski was born in Chicago. He is an American politician,Democratic member of the United States House of Representatives from 1983 to 2005, representing a district in Chicago. Lipinski served in the United States Army Reserve, and he was a public administrator with the Chicago Park District of the city of Chicago. Lipinski endorsed Bill Bradley for the Democratic presidential nomination in 2000. Lipinski has since become a lobbyist.
