Christopher Black "Chris" Cannon was born in Salt Lake City, Utah. He is an American lawyer and politician. He was a member of the United States House of Representatives, for the Republican Party, representing the third district of Utah from 1997 – 2009. He attended Brigham Young University as well as J.
